Personal Power and Creating Miracles When You’re Done In, Fed Up and Stressed Out

"Personal Power and Creating Miracles When You’re Done In, Fed Up and Stressed Out" This presentation is for personal motivation and team building during stressful times, and creating an atmosphere of vision, focus and opportunity finding. This is a rejuvenating talk for leaders and influencers where Bill teaches you to harness the dynamics of creating and focusing your vision, controlling yourself in a simple and practical new way, and aligning yourself inside and out, mentally and in action. This program puts you back in control in the important phases of your life, and gives you tools to put into play immediately.

Bill’s captivating background and dynamic speaking style attracts and holds the attention of even the toughest crowds. Because of his unique message and delivery, Bill is frequently invited to do sales training, corporate engagements and his specialty, business development events. Bill is also available to speak for keynotes, symposiums, break-out sessions, conferences, seminars and breakfast, lunch/dinner talks, after market programs and creative collaborations. Let Bill show you and your groups the mechanics to achieve a fresher, bolder, tougher you.

Climbing to the Top of the

Jungle Gym

“Climbing to the Top of the Jungle Gym – Career Advancement for Middle Managers” presented by Marie Knight.  “The pathway to promotion at work is to S.H.I.N.E.:  Serious (focus on the task at hand); Hardworking (always do your best); Indispensable (strive to be a key player); Nice (be sincere); and Enthusiastic (Put passion and belief into your work).  We all have a Promotability Factor that Ms. Knight will rate you and show you how to improve yourself and help you become more successful in your career.”

Prior to working in a municipal setting, Marie had extensive background in the hotel and restaurant industry. She has served both her profession and many area non-profit organizations and professional associations for the past 14 years as a consultant and trainer in the areas of Customer Service, Employee Development, Team Building, Board Development and Strategic Planning.

Marie has been able to creatively translate the service concepts of the hospitality industry into the municipal arena. Marie has worked with co-workers, colleagues and staff to help them break out of the typical government employee stereotype and provide 5-star service.
