We are confident that you will find a chapter to join or transfer into to start (or continue) receiving the benefits of membership. The CA Division is in the Southwest District (1 of 6) of IAAP. If you haven't already, visit our international website to see the “bigger picture” that is IAAP.

There are 29 chapters in California Division with over 1,100 professional, merited (retired) and student members. The Division sponsors Leadership Development for chapter members and promotes Certification through the Certified Professional Secretary® (CPS®) and Certified Administrative Professional® (CAP®) exams given annually in May and November.  

Each June, California Division annually holds the Annual Educational Forum (AEF) consisting of educational seminars/workshops and the California Division Annual Meeting (CDM) consisting of an Exhibitor Expo, Business Sessions, Division Board election, and Chapter Board Leadership Seminar.
