Southwest District Update

Southwest District Members:

The close of a year is always a great time to reflect on successes, challenges and lessons learned. We've had some great successes, of course a few challenges and have had opportunities to learn, stretch, and grow. As we come to the end of 2009, I would like to take just a moment to express my thanks to everyone for demonstrating their commitment to lifting up our profession and promoting excellence. Your loyalty as a member is so very much appreciated.

Southwest has had excellent programs and has provided outstanding educational opportunities throughout the district. As we celebrate the season let's also remember our troops and members in our district with loved ones in the forefront of protecting our shores. We have so much to be thankful for and I'm so looking forward to continued success as we move into the next half of the IAAP year.

As you are celebrating the holidays with your family and friends, I wish you all a safe and very happy holiday season, and look forward to the promise and potential of 2010.
