She has been in the health and fitness industry since she was 17 years old and has come to realize the importance of approaching health and fitness by addressing the mind and spirit as well as the body.

Elnor Greenfield Hickman, has been a member of NSAlPSl/lAAP since 1978, and served on the Board of Directors of Chicago Lake Shore Chapter and the Illinois Division before being elected to the International Board of Directors in 1988. She went on to serve as International President in 1994-1995. Elnor has made presentations to administrative professionals across the United States, as well as in Toronto, Canada; Hamilton, Bermuda; Bridgetown, Barbados, and Sao Paulo, Brazil.
